Dramatist and poet. Baptized on 12 April 1586. Educated at Exeter College, Oxford. Lived at Middle Temple, London. Author of *Sir Thomas Overbury’s Ghost* (1615), *The Lovers Melancholy* (1629), *Tis a Pity she’s a Whore* (1633), *The Broken Heart* (1633), *Perkin Warbeck* (1634), and *The Ladies Trial* (1638).
