Poet, editor, book reviewer, and essayist. Pseudonym: “F. P.” Sister of Mabel Geraldine Woodruffe Peacock and (Edward) Adrian Woodruffe Peacock. Author of *Poems* (1893). Co-edited *The Army Lists of the Roundheads and Cavaliers, containing the names of the Officers in the Royal and Parliamentary Armies of 1642* (1864) by Edward Peacock (her father) with her sister Mabel. Contributed poetry to *The Queen*, *Dublin Review*, *Sketch*, *Globe*, *Reliquary*, and *Antiquary*. Published book reviews and essays in *Architectural Review*, *Academy*, *Folklore*, *Chemist & Druggist*, and *Illustrated Archaeologist*. *Chambers’s Journal* ledger entries refer to her as Miss Florence Peacock, and list her address as Bottisford Manor, Brigg (poems published on 14 August 1886 and 6 July 1889; NLS Dep 341/369, 370), and Dunstan House, Kirton in Lindsey (poem published on 5 December 1896; NLS Dep 341/371).
