Cobbold then married John Cobbold, also from Ipswich, on 7 August 1791. Author of
*Poems on Various Subjects* (1783), *The Mince Pye* (1800, under the pseudonym “Carolina
Petty Pasty”). *Six Narrative Poems* (1787, by subscription), and the posthumously
published *Poems* (1825, edited with a memoir by Letitia Jermyn). Probably edited
*The Chaplet* (1805). Edited labouring-class poet Ann Candler’s *Poetical Attempts*
