Children’s writer and poet. Pseudonym: “E. K.” Alternative signature: “E. Keary.” Co-authored children’s literature with her sister, Annie Keary, including *The Heroes of Asgard* (1857), *Early Egyptian History for the Young* (1861), *Little Wanderlin and other Fairy Tales* (1865). Travelled with her sister to do research in Egypt and Pégomas, near Cannes. Wrote *Memoir of Annie Keary* (1882), and edited a collection of her sister’s letters in 1883.
