The *Chambers’s Journal* ledger entry for her poem, published on 7 September 1872, gives her address as Marston St, Oxford (NLS Dep 341/368). The entry for her poem published on 23 May 1874 gives her address as Croughton, Northampton (NLS Dep 341/368). And the “Names and Addresses of Principal Journal Contributors” lists her name as L. L. Massey (NLS Dep 341/373). Author of *Thoughts from a Girl’s Life* (1864) and *Songs of the Noontide Rest* (1875).
