Poet and translator. Educated at Queen’s College, Oxford, from 1886 to 1888, but did
not take a degree. Member of the Rhymers’ Club along with Oscar Wilde, Aubrey Beardsley,
Lionel Pigot Johnson, and W. B. Yeats. Publications include *Dilemmas* (1895), *The
Pierrot of the Minute: a Dramatic Phantasy in One Act* (1897), and *Decorations* (1899).
