Words*. Rector of Faughanvale, then St. Augustine’s, Londonderry. Author of *Poems,
Chiefly Sacred, Including Translations from some Ancient Latin Hymns* (1879). *Chambers’s
Journal* ledger entries give his address as The Rectory, Eglinton, Londonderry (poem
published 31 July 1886; NLS Dep 341/369), The Rectory, Bishop St, Londonderry (14
February 1891, 14 November 1891; NLS Dep 341/370), and St. Augustines, Londonderry
