               <l>Disturbs me with her image from a<rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="b">far</rhyme>;</l>
               <l>A troublous <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeFeminine" label="a">motion</rhyme></l>
               <l>Of music drawn from other <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="c">years</rhyme></l>
               <l>Dulls a long vision down to <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="c">tears</rhyme>,</l>

               <l>Crooning old <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeFeminine" label="g">ditties</rhyme>;</l>
               <l>And standing far away I <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="i">trace</rhyme></l>
               <l>The lie of beauty on her <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="i">face</rhyme>,</l>
               <l>And still the slothful sin and idle <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="h">drowth</rhyme></l>
               <l>Seem sweet upon her <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="h">mouth</rhyme>.</l>

               <l>The spirit of the Past still <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="l">roams</rhyme></l>
               <l>Her shrines and palaces and <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="l">domes</rhyme>,</l>
               <l>A spectral Future broods above, and <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="k">braves</rhyme></l>
               <l>The glory of her <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="k">graves</rhyme>.</l>

               <l>Congratu<rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeFeminine" label="m">lations</rhyme> ;</l>
               <l>The words of peace were on her <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="o">lips</rhyme>,</l>
               <l>Her seas were dark with coming <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="o">ships</rhyme>,</l>
               <l rendition="#pom_2815_line-break">And, as she gained the bridegroom crown’d and <lb/><rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="n">proud</rhyme>,</l>

               <l>The slothful sin fell on her, and she <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="p">trembled</rhyme></l>
               <l>O’er her own image in the violet <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="q">deep</rhyme>,</l>
               <l>With pride dis<rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="p">sembled</rhyme> ;</l>
               <l>She left her crowded streets and <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeFeminine" label="r">towers</rhyme>,</l>
               <l>And deck’d her brow with idle <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeFeminine" label="r">flowers</rhyme>,</l>
               <l>She dreamed away her fame, where waters <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="q">keep</rhyme></l>

               <l>Which gave her <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeFeminine" label="s">beauty</rhyme>.</l>
               <l>She saw with unaffrighted <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="u">heart</rhyme></l>
               <l>The ships forsake her empty <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="u">mart</rhyme>;</l>
               <l>But God had found her in her dwelling-<rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="t">place</rhyme></l>
               <l>And cursed her with her <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="t">face</rhyme>.</l>

               <l>The Beautiful a deeper <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="a1">life</rhyme>,</l>
