               <l>With hatred to tyrants of every <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="b">grade</rhyme> ;</l>
               <l><seg ana="dvpp:sdAnaphora">Touch not that sword,</seg> if thou hast not been <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeFeminine" label="a">sowing</rhyme></l>

               <l>The tyrant mov’d his host a<rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="h">long</rhyme>—</l>
               <l>They march’d with shouting and with <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="h">song</rhyme> ;</l>

               <l>Line after line unto the <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="i">grave</rhyme>,</l>
               <l>And glory crown’d for aye the head of William <rhyme label="d" type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine dvpp:rhymeCrossStanza">Tell</rhyme> !</l>

               <l>The broken chain dash’d to the black ho that <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeHalf" label="j">gave it</rhyme> :</l>
               <l>A glorious example to all round the <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="k">globe</rhyme>.</l>
               <l>From lofty hall to lowly <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="l">cot</rhyme></l>
               <l>Was heard the soul-enlivening <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeHalf" label="l">note</rhyme>—</l>
               <l rendition="#pom_55_incid_line-break">Even the falling avalanche was heard to sing “ All’s<lb/><rhyme label="d" type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine dvpp:rhymeCrossStanza">Well</rhyme> ;”</l>
               <l>And ever will the patriot <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="m">wake</rhyme></l>
               <l>That strain which will for ever <rhyme type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine" label="m">make</rhyme></l>
               <l>A tide of living light surround great William <rhyme label="d" type="dvpp:rhymeMasculine dvpp:rhymeCrossStanza">Tell</rhyme>.</l>
