Editor of the The Brighton and County Magazine (1889-1892). Married Alice M. Chambers’s Journal ledger entries list his address as 82 Hampton Road, Bristol (poem published on 22 August 1885; NLS Dep 341/369), 156 Shepherd’s Bush Rd, London, W. (25 December 1886; NLS Dep 341/369), and c/o A. Vent, 6 Cork St, London W (18 May 1898; NLS Dep 341/371).
