Chambers’s Journal ledger entry for the poem Parted, published on 21 June 1884, gives his address as 51 Chapman St, Manchester (NLS Dep 341/369). The Chambers’s Journal Authors’ Book entry for 12 May 1884 adds Hume to the address (NLS Dep 341/295).
