Novelist, poet, and illustrator. Author of The Witch of Withyford and The Rainbow Garden, both of which she also illustrated. Daughter of novelist Charlotte Chanter (née Kingsley), and niece of novelists Charles and Henry Kingsley. Also wrote under her married name Gratiana Longworth Knocker, after her marriage to Edward Longworth Knocker in 1896. Lived in Italy after marriage.
