Married the novelist George Chetwynd Griffith-Jones (1857-1906) in Bolton in 1887, moving together to London in 1888 with her husband. Addresses variously given in the ledgers as 57 Dyke Road, Brighton (for poem published on 7 December 1878 [NLS Dep 341/371]), Turkstrasse 3rd, Hanover, Germany (for poem published on 27 December 1879 [NLS Dep 341/371]), and 1 Woodlea Crescent, Kidderminster (for poem published on 30 August 1884 [NLS Dep 341/369]).
