Born in Edinburgh, and according to Reilly later lived in Villa Sommer, Ems, Prussia, although the census records also typically place her in Edinburgh and she died in Scotland. Father was the judge Sir George Deas. Author of Poem Pictures with Other Lyrics (1889) and Flower Favourites: Their Legends, Symbolism, and Significance (1898).
