L. G. Moberly.Born in Winchester, Hampshire, England. Daughter of Henry Edward Moberly, Vicar of Hechfield, and Lucy Proby (Chase) Moberly. Educated as a nurse, and wrote about nursing in The Lady’s Magazine (1903). Never married but was engaged to William E. Whitehouse in 1909. Author of several novels including Christina (1912), Cleansing Fires (1914), and Stepping Stones (1930). Died in London.
