Author of several books about her family history including The Oliphants of Gask. Records of a Jacobite Family (1910) and The Maxtones of Cultoquhey (1935).Chambers’s Journal ledger entries refer to her as Mrs Maxtone Graham, and list her address as of 15 India St, Edinburgh (poem published 9 February 1895; NLS Dep 341/371).
