Figure descriptions
A crowd of men and women gather in Boccacio’s garden. There is a large tiered fountain

Behind the fountain, there are large arches formed from a shrubbery. The figures perform
different tasks: one man plays a lute, one
woman leans over the fountain, one woman sits and reads, one woman holds a tray of
food, and a man and a woman play a game. There
are two deer next to the fountain, as well as two rabbits in the foreground of the
