Figure descriptions

stands behind the woman and holds her waist; the woman turns her head to look at him.
The knight is dressed in full armour and the
woman wears a hennin. There is an open book on the ground near the couple’s feet.
Vines, plants, flowers, and trees surround the
house. In the bottom-left corner, a cat and a dog either play or fight. The cat is
turned away from the viewer; it lifts its front
paws and faces the dog. The dog appears to glare at the cat. An opened latticed window
at the side of the house reveals a jug
sitting on the windowsill. Two birds fly in the sky. Full page.
