Author information from the Chambers’s Journal ledger entry for The Old Year’s Vindication (published 28 December 1861), which lists the poet as Robert Rutter, 2 King’s St., Elswick Lane, Newcastle on T., with payment of 10s 6d (NLS 341/310). Note this is the same address as Frances Rutter, who also published in Chambers’s Journal in 1861. (AC)
