Co-edited The Army Lists of the Roundheads and Cavaliers, containing the names of the Officers in the Royal and Parliamentary Armies of 1642 (1864) by Edward Peacock (her father) with her sister Mabel. Contributed poetry to The Queen, Dublin Review, Sketch, Globe, Reliquary, and Antiquary. Published book reviews and essays in Architectural Review, Academy, Folklore, Chemist & Druggist, and Illustrated Archaeologist. Chambers’s Journal ledger entries refer to her as Miss Florence Peacock, and list her address as Bottisford Manor, Brigg (poems published on 14 August 1886 and 6 July 1889; NLS Dep 341/369, 370), and Dunstan House, Kirton in Lindsey (poem published on 5 December 1896; NLS Dep 341/371).
