Figure descriptions
Two jesters are framed by a circular border. One jester stands and leans forward while
the other jumps over him with his legs
outstretched, placing his hands on the first jester’s back. The second jester looks
towards the viewer and smiles. There are two
additional jesters on either side of the circular border. The jester on the left crouches
down and holds a rod, which disappears
behind the circle and extends over the head of the other jester, who sits and leans
his shoulder against the edge of the circle. A
spider tied to the rod dangles over this jester’s head. He looks up at the spider
and holds a marotte in his outstretched hand. 1/4
