leaning on his bow. King Saul points towards the bow. The king gestures toward the
archer, pointing directly at his
sword. Behind the two central figures, two armies meet on foot and on horseback, brandishing
their spears in the air. A man charges
on horseback, ducking behind a shield and raising an axe above his head. A person
lies on the ground having been expelled from their
crashed chariot. Mountains stand in the background beyond the battle scene. 3/4 page
contained within a single-ruled border. The top
edge of the frame is rounded and the bottom corners are squared.
