Figure descriptions
Multiple figures gather at a wedding. The bride, groom, and some of the guests stand
under a tree’s canopy. The bride holds
her hands at her chest and looks downward. The groom places a floral crown on the
bride’s head while gazing at her face. Most of the
wedding guests also wear floral crowns. A flower girl stands in front of the couple:
she holds a basket in her left hand and
sprinkles flowers on the ground with her right hand. At the left side of the illustration,
a man plays a lyre. A nun stands at the
right side of the illustration. There is a bell tower in the distance. Full-page illustration
contained within a single-ruled
border.
