Figure descriptions
A man carries another man over his shoulder as he walks through snow and wind. His
knees are bent and his back is hunched
forward; he appears to be struggling under the weight of the other man. He has a large
sheathed sword on his hip. The man being
carried is wrapped in a large cloak; his eyes are closed and his arm hangs over the
other man’s shoulder. A crow flies low to the
ground near the forefront of the illustration. Full page.
