form a heart-shaped border around the
text. The hand-drawn title dips in at the center to conform to the heart’s peak. Likewise,
the hand-drawn poem text is tapered at
the bottom to conform to the heart’s base. The first letter from the first word of
each line, as well as from the words “World”,
“Earth”, “Winter”, “February”, and “Spring” are outlined. Densely packed flowers grow
upward from the bottom of the poem page; they
ascend behind the poem text and the heart-shaped border, and bloom in a curved line
along the top edge. Full-page illustration partially
contained in a single-ruled border on the left, bottom, and right edges.
