Samantha MacFarlane worked as an RA on the project from 2012 to 2014, researching and indexing the poetry index as well as encoding selected poems. She received her PhD in English, specializing in Victorian poetry, from the University of Victoria in 2019. She is now Co-Editor in Chief of the journal KULA: Knowledge Creation, Dissemination, and Preservation Studies and Special Projects Administrative Officer at the University of Victoria Libraries.
